TM Medical Properties, LLC was established in 2015 to provide opportunities for our high net worth investors who wish to have a portion of their investment portfolio in a Core Plus Real Estate Fund. In 2020 TM Medical Properties II, LLC was formed to add to our team of professionals enabling us to expand our investment footprint and size. These investments are attractive to investors who wish to preserve wealth and grow asset values, while receiving current distributions from inception to completion of the investments. TM Medical Properties purchases fully leased medical office buildings in separate Limited Partnerships for its investors. Once an investor invests in one partnership, they are given the opportunity, but not the obligation, to invest in future investments in the TM Medical Properties partnerships.

W. Clay Hamner, Managing Member
Clay has over 40 years of real estate development, investment, financing and managing experience. He is the Chairman and CEO of Montrose Capital Corporation which has owned and financed over 4 million square feet of real estate including golf courses, hotels, office buildings, apartments, retail and warehouse and office parks throughout the east coast of the U.S. In addition he has served on the board of a number of public and private companies, including Wendy’s International (NYSE), Fuqua Industries (NYSE), and Giga Media Limited (Singapore exchange) among others and he served as an advisor to the Infinity China-Israel Funds. He also served on the boards of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-CH) Foundation, the UNC-CH Investment Committee, the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC-CH, The Duke University Medical Center, the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University among others. Clay is the Kenan Professor (emeritus) of Private Equity at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC-CH and prior to that was a professor at both Duke and Northwestern Universities. Peter Reichard, Managing Member
Peter has over 20 years’ experience in business development, government affairs, and political fund raising. For 10 years Peter has served as President of the Greensboro Area Chamber of Commerce. He has served on the Southern Growth Policies Board and the Board of Trustees of Guilford Technical Community College, as well as the board of North Carolina Citizens for Business and Industry. After representing a Chinese businessman in the purchase of Sea Trail Resort, Peter served as the asset manager for this resort for 6 months as it transitioned to the new ownership team. Craig Elson, Managing Member
Craig has more than 20 years of private equity, venture capital, and real estate direct investment experience. He has served on numerous private company Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards and currently runs Arbor Lane Investments, which has a portfolio of 35 companies spanning the real estate, consumer brand, media, and technology verticals. Craig formerly served as Partner & Managing Director of Banc of America Capital Investors (now Ridgemont Equity Partners), as Partner & Managing Director of Star Avenue Capital, LLC, and as CFO of Get Heal, Inc. Prior to obtaining his MBA, Craig served as Managing Director of Turner International, Inc., the international operations arm of Turner Broadcasting, Inc. (now part of AT&T). Craig holds an AB in Political Science from Duke University, where he was a member of the varsity lacrosse team, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. (craigaelson@gmail.com)
Bruce VonCannon, Senior Advisor and Asset Manger
Bruce is a native of North Carolina and a resident of both Hong Kong and North Carolina. He is active in business in both North Carolina and Hong Kong. He was a candidate for the U.S. Congress in 2013-2014 from the 6th District of North Carolina. He currently is the Managing Director of Vanheel Management, Ltd., Hong Kong and was the former CEO of Bank Privee Edmond de Rothschild- Hong Kong. He has 27 years of experience in wealth management and finance with assignments in New York, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Geneva, including with American Express, UBS, and Bank of Boston. He oversaw management of assets in excess of USD 1.0 billion and is an advisor to high net individuals and their businesses throughout Asia and the U.S. He has served on the board of a number of companies including Export Now (Shanghai). He is the former Chairman of the Board Kaohsiung American School and an officer of the American Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan.
Bruce is a graduate of Princeton University where he was on the nationally ranked tennis team and is today a ranked senior tennis player. He also holds an M.B.A. degree from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and has a Master’s Degree in Economics from Purdue University.
